According to the Terms and Conditions of the extra offer called “Registration Extra Package” of 14th October 2016 you have 60 days to use you package as of the day on which you register your number.
1. First of all, check if your number is already registered. Send a free text message with the word “NUMER” to the number 80190.
2. Register your number:
Show your identity card or your passport and the SIM card which you wish to register.
Visit any of our registration centers (see map) and provide us with your personal information.
If you plan to register while visiting an Orange store you can speed up the process by sending a free text message to the number 80170 according to the following pattern: first name, last name, personal identification number PESEL.This way registration at an Orange store will be completed even faster.
You may register your Orange prepaid phone number at any Orange store as well as at a registration center of your choice.

How do I check if my number is already registered?
Send a free text message with the word “numer” to the number 80190. If your number is already registered, you will receive a reply with confirming registration. If your number is not registered yet, you will be instructed what to do in order to register your phone number.
What does it mean to register your phone number?
Registration entails providing your personal information, i.e. your first name, last name and your personal identification number PESEL (if you have one) or the name, series and number of a document confirming your identity. If you are a foreigner who is not a citizen of a European Union member state or the Swiss Confederation, your passport number or the number of your residence card as well as a certificate of their compliance issued by your mobile phone service provider (see “Registration”) are required.
Why do I have to register my prepaid phone number?
This obligation was introduced by the act on counter-terrorism measures of 10th June 2016. The provisions regarding phone number registration are effective as of 25th July 2016.
Since when is it required to register prepaid phone numbers?
New prepaid phone numbers have to be registered as of 25th July 2016.
Who has to register their prepaid phone number?
Everyone who uses a prepaid phone has to register their phone number, regardless of whether you use a prepaid phone or prepaid internet. This obligation is binding upon all mobile phone service providers.
I already have an Orange prepaid phone number. Until when do I have to register it?
You have to do it until 1st February 2017. That said, do not put it off until the last minute. The sooner you do it, the better. Now you can get extra 1000 PLN to spend on phone calls and text messages as well as extra 100 gigabytes of internet usage if you register your number.
What will happen if I don’t register my prepaid phone number?
If you do not register your Orange prepaid phone number until 1st February 2017, it will be turned off. You will not be able to make phone calls, send text messages, receive phone calls from others or use the Internet on your phone.
Where can I register my Orange prepaid phone number?
You can register your Orange prepaid phone number at any Orange store or at a registration center of your choice. For instance, you can register your phone number at the offices of Poczta Polska (Polish Post) and at retail agents such as Ruch, Neonet, Media Markt, Saturn, Media Expert, Inmedio, Relay, 1 Minute.
What do I have to bring to an Orange store/registration center?
Bring your prepaid phone and a document confirming your identity (i.e. your identity card or your passport).
How old do I have to be in order to register my phone number on my own?
Everyone who is at least 13 years old and has an identity document or a passport may register a prepaid phone number with Orange on their own.
How many prepaid phone numbers may I register?
As many as you like. Orange does not impose any restrictions on how many prepaid phone numbers you may register.
May someone register my prepaid phone number on my behalf or may I register someone else’s prepaid phone number on their behalf?
Unfortunately, you may not. The person whose number is registered has to be present at the time of registration. This results from the provisions of the act which provides that the compliance of personal date given has to be verified.
I have a prepaid phone number registered with another mobile phone service provider. May I register it with Orange once more and receive the extra money to spend on phone calls and the extra gigabytes of internet usage?
Everyone who has registered their prepaid phone number with Play, Plus T-Mobile or another mobile phone service provider may transfer their number to Orange and register it with Orange afterwards. Of course then you will be entitled to receive the extra 1000 PLN to spend on phone calls and text messages as well as the extra 100 gigabytes of internet usage. Everyone willing to transfer their mobile phone number to Orange may also count on some more extra offers.

It is worth it, because you will receive extra 1000 PLN to spend on phone calls and text messages as well as the extra 100 gigabytes of internet usage. You will be given 30 days to use this amount. The extra offer lasts until 30th November 2016.
